This fixed orifice fog nozzle rated at 100 PSI is available with your choice of 350, 500 or 750 GPM. Fog angle is user adjustable between 90º wide fog and straight stream. The nozzle's baffle can be removed with a single common tool for flushing debris. The standard inlet is 2.5" NH, NPSH, or BSP female thread. The simple and basic design requires no grease or other maintenance. The halo ring/stream shaper is made from non-corroding high temperature polymer. The rubber bumper is UV resistant. The Fixed GPM Water nozzle is available in UNS C83600 brass, as well as hardcoat anodized ANSI A356.0.T6 aluminum. The Fixed GPM nozzle can be used with water or premixed foam solution.

Typhoon

600-4000 GPM

The Typhoon is the only variable pressure nozzle with a flow range of 600 - 4000 GPM. The Typhoon is the newest addition to the world's broadest RANGE OF AUTOMATIC FIREFIGHTING NOZZLES. Joining the 300 - 2000 GPM Monsoon, and the 150 - 1250 GPM Master Stream, the Typhoon features a unique user selectable operating pressure control. The Typhoon can provide industrial users the highest flow and longest stream reach of any constant pressure, variable flow nozzle in the world. Similar to other automatic nozzles, the Typhoon can maintain a constant pressure throughout its flow range. The operating nozzle pressure of the Typhoon is field adjustable by simply turning a knob, on the front of the nozzle, to the desired pressure setting. Adjustment is anywhere between 80 and 120 PSI. Applications include truck mounted deluge devices, fire boats, industrial applications, or anywhere a flow of up to 4000 GPM is necessary.

The Master Foam nozzle is a simple and rugged self-educting foam nozzle with superior stream quality and reach. This fixed orifice fog nozzle rated at 100 PSI is available with your choice of 350, 500 or 750 GPM. Fog angle is user adjustable between 120º wide fog and straight stream. The nozzle's baffle is easily removed for flushing debris. The standard swivel coupling is 2.5" NH, NPSH, or BSP female threads. The simple flow geometry (patent pending) can educt foam concentrate at .5%, 1%, 3%, or 6% with no small passages to clog. Percentage is easily set with an interchangeable orifice plate. A set of calibrated foam orifice plates is included. Nozzle comes with an industrial grade UV resistant, 8 feet long, 1.5" diameter concentrate hose with a cam lock fitting for quick and secure attachment to the nozzle. The simple and basic design requires no grease or other maintenance. The halo ring/stream shaper is made from non-corroding high temperature polymer. The rubber bumper is UV resistant. The Master Foam self-educting nozzle is available in UNS C83600 brass, as well as hardcoat anodized ANSI A356.0.T6 aluminum. All Master Foam nozzles accept the FJ-LX-M FOAMJET low expansion air-aspirating attachment.
