FLOATING WEIR SKIMMERS

These skimmers are designed from years of experience in the field. The skimming depth is controlled by utilizing a three point or four point adjustment system.

The 39T is only 46" in diameter and is lightweight (138 Lbs. w/ Honda engine) making it portable and easy to handle. The units can be adjusted to skim as thin a layer as desired, even to the point of cavitation of the pump intake at the weir.

Quick disassembly is a distinct advantage of the 39T. If something should lodge in the impeller, loosen three eye-nuts and lift off the pump and power assembly. With the pump intake now exposed, most items can be easily removed by hand or with pliers.

The 39T can handle lightweight products as well as viscous oils and fluids.

The 17E Skimmer is designed for low-volume oil skimming where space and handling are limited. The unit is only 17-1/2" x 15-1/2" high, weighs 25 Lbs., requires 9-1/4" minimum water depth and includes an intake screen assembly. The 17E has a built-in pump and a submersible, sealed electric motor. The unit is designed for use in oil field saltwater tanks, sumps and tanks at industrial plants, wash systems, machine shops and hydraulic testing areas.

Skimmers are also available as side discharge vacuum units or as bottom discharge (gravity feed) tank skimmers.
