Rubber Conveyor Belts |
Rubberline

Rubberline belts have a special
solid woven construction based on the world famous Fenaplast
range. The woven carcass, which incorporates polyester low
stretch yarns, is designated to give maximum impregnation with
a high quality rubber compound. This ensures that through the
application of heat and pressure, the rubber covers become an
integral part of the belt.

ROYALON

Tough synthetic fabric plies,
vulcanized together with superior adhesion rubber skims, form
the carcass substrate. Available with a wide range of
strengths and covers, offering a low stretch belt with
excellent fastener holding, impact resistance and
troughability.
APPLICATIONS
wood chips, grain, cement,
sand, earth, coal, iron ore, copper ore and other heavy sharp
abrasive materials
FEATURES
Three Versatile Fabric Designs:
1. Polyester Warp With Nylon
Filling
This design
offers the advantages of low stretch, high strength polyester
as the warp member combined with the excellent fastener
holding, impact resistance, and troughability characteristics
of the nylon fill members.
2. Polyester Warp With
Polyester Filling
This
construction produces the most dimensionally stable belt
carcass providing the greatest resistance to belt stretch and
shrinkage. It also provides good troughability and excellent
resistance to acid environments.
3. Nylon Warp With Nylon
Filling
This design
delivers maximum resistance to impact and damage from material
trapped between the belt and the pulley. Excellent fastener
holding, troughability and flexibility around small pulleys
are also provided by the nylon carcass. |
UsFLEX

High performance, straight warp
carcass in tension range 200-1500 PIW. Available with a wide
variety of rubber covers compounded for special applications.
Used in general material handling. Performs exceptionally well
in high abuse applications.
ENGINEERED TO PROVIDE HIGH
IMPACT-RIP-TEAR RESISTANT BELT
The unique
straight-warp carcass of UsFLEX ® is engineered to provide
high strength and low stretch, load support combined with
troughability and good tracking, in addition to high rip, tear
and impact resistance as well as flexibility and lighter
weight.
While
conventional plied belting utilizes a crimp-weave fabric,
which can weaken the length-wise and crosswise yarns as they
travel over and under each other and thereby induce the
possibility of excessive stretch, the UsFLEX ® straight-warp
carcass construction incorporates a completely different
concept. The length-wise and crosswise belt strength is
concentrated in parallel planes of heavyweight, high strength,
straight yarns which are then locked together by a unique
binder system. Each of these planes provides the reinforcing
effect of multiple plies on conventional fabric, and there is
no crimping to weaken the yarns and cause stretch. |
MineFLEX

MineFLEX combines a unique
straight-warp carcass with specially compounded fire resistant
rubber covers. Straightwarp, unlike conventional crimp weave
fabrics, is a unique weave process. The lengthwise and
crosswise strength is concentrated in parallel planes of
straight, heavyweight, high strength synthetic yarns joined
together by a unique binder system.
APPLICATIONS
