parts, casting sand, calcified coke and cement clinker kilns.
SCANDILON
A premier
package handling belt for conveying cardboard boxes and
parcels on a horizontal or moderate incline. Operates on a
slider or roller bed, or a combination slider roller bed.
Available in two top cover series: COS-PVC top cover and
FOS-PVC friction top. A long life, low maintenance belt with
excellent strength for fastener holding and rip/tear
resistance.

BELTING
Scandura makes
four types of PVC Impression Top belts for incline conveying:
Crescent Top for conveying loose materials, Ruff Top or
Mini-Ruff Top use a special non-skid surface for package
gripping, and Stucco Top for conveying slick plastic-like
items. Pinnacle Plus handles the most severe incline and
decline applications.
CLEATED BELTING
Many variations
of cleated belts are available, based on the material
application, the incline grade and the angle of repose.
Scandura custom designs cleated belts using one of three cleat
designs, varied spacing between cleats (if appropriate) and
PVC belting of the correct tensile strength. The most popular
cleats are V-Guides, T-cleats, curved and chevron patterns.
SCANDILON
ELEVATOR BELTING
Scandilon's
tremendous bolt handling strength makes it ideal for elevator
belting. It has a single unit polyester carcass that resists
stretching and shrinking. Scandilon is flame retardant,
static-conductive and conforms with OSHA requirements, making
it a popular choice for grain and feed handlers. Special oil
resistance covers are available. |
